ATTENTION:
You will receive the card(s) listed in the title and pictured in the
scan.  If these do not match, please notify us so we can end the
auction.  If the auction ends and the card in the title differs from the
picture the auction will be cancelled and relisted with the correct title. We
appreciate your assistance  informing us
of any error!

SHIPPING POLICY: We allow combined shipping for all auctions which is an
additional $.25 per auction.  However, please note:

If you have multiple items with different rates, the base shipping will be the
highest fee listed.

The
$.25 is only applicable to sports cards singles. If you are bidding on multiple
lots of cards that do not fit in a single bubble mailer the $.25 rate will not
apply. For larger lots, please contact us for combined shipping rates.

We
can not combine invoices or adjust shipping costs if you have ALREADY paid. If
you would like combined shipping on multiple items please wait until the final
item closes. We can only combine invoices prior to the unpaid item assistant
opening a case which we have set at 8 days. We only combine items sold within
one week of each other.
We do not ship international under any circumstances. Winning bids from bidders
with addresses outside the United States will be cancelled and the item
relisted.
We will not respond to any messages asking for a combined invoice. If you want
a combined invoice for your total please use the “request total”
option at checkout. Do not send a message to combine shipping.

Items sold over $5,000 will be shipped via Fedex so please provide a Fedex
address.

ITEM CONDITION: The condition of  cards
graded by professional third-party organizations are determined by the grading
service.  We are not liable for grade assigned to a card by a third party
grading service.  You are purchasing the
card in the grade.

Graded
card cases: If there is anything other than minor nicks and scratches (most
graded card cases have scratches) we will disclose it in the title.  If
you decide to return a graded card because of “damage” to the case and
there is not significant damage you will be blocked from future
purchases. 

Raw
or Ungraded Cards: Please note for raw cards we are operating a consignment
business.  We do not review cards for grading and make no representations
as to the grade a card may receive if submitted to a third party grading
service. For modern cards 2010 and newer please expect all cards to be in Near
Mint condition (7 Grade PSA/BGS/SGC) or better .  Major issues like dents,
nail indentations or bent corners will be disclosed.  Returns will not be
accepted provided the card meets the description listed.

 

RETURN
POLICY: We allow returns for items that are not as described with full refunds.
We do not offer partial refunds.  Returns are available to our customers
if they did not get the item they were intended to receive. Buyers remorse is
unacceptable as a rationale for return and attempts to return cards that do not
meet Ebay’s return policy requirements will be rejected
